If you would like to open an IFISA to invest your current year's ISA allowance, you need be over 18 years old and a resident in the UK, or a member of the armed forces or a Crown servant (for example diplomatic or overseas Civil Service) or their spouse or civil partner if you do not live in the UK.
You can open an IFISA account to transfer an existing ISA into, no matter where you live in the world. To do so though, you will need to call us as our platform doesn't allow you to sign up from certain countries
To open an IFISA, you need to provide the following information:
- Full name
- Full residential address
- Date of Birth
- National Insurance Number (NINO)
You may be required to provide us with certain identification documents to help us verify your account, we’ll send you a link to upload documents via a secure portal if this is the case.
