You will need to complete the ISA transfer paperwork for the provider you wish to transfer your IFISA to. The new ISA provider will then send a request to us to complete the transfer. Once we receive the transfer request from your new ISA provider we will send you an email to confirm the transfer.
You will need to respond to the email to confirm you wish to transfer, we need to do this as we don't hold a wet signature for you.
Good to know
Transfers to another provider can only be in cash, your investments will need to be sold on our secondary market before we can transfer the money.
