If you have any money invested, we recommend that you transfer your easyMoney IFISA to another ISA manager, you will need to complete the paperwork for the ISA provider you choose to transfer to, they will then contact us to arrange the transfer.
If you need the money for another purpose, we advise you keep the IFISA account with us open. We operate as a flexible ISA so you have until the end of the tax year to repay the money into your easyMoney account, it will then keep its tax-free status.
If you do wish to withdraw the money, you will need to go to the ‘My Portfolio’ page on your account, Click on ‘Sell Loans’, then enter the amount and agree to sell.
Once all of your investments are sold and the funds are in your available balance, you can withdraw the funds to your bank account. This article will explain how to do it:

Closing your account from the Website
Sign in to your account Click 'My Account' at the top of the screen, Click 'My Details', scroll to the bottom and click 'Close Account'.
Closing your account from the App
Sign into the App, go to 'My Account' at the bottom right of the screen, 'My Details' and 'Delete Account'.
Good to know
As a regulated business we are legally bound to keep your details only for as long as is necessary. In this instance, your account must not have been active for 5 years and have a zero balance before we can erase your records completely.
