If you've changed your full name, or just your surname you'll need to contact us so that we can update it for you.
We'll need to see proof of the name change, this will depend on how it was changed. If you changed it by Deed poll, we'll need to see a copy of the Enrolled Deed Poll. If you're changing it because you're now married or in a civil partnership and want to take your partner's surname, we'll need to see a copy of your marriage or civil partnership certificate.
