We've been working hard for quite a while now on transferring our support and help pages to a new provider. It's our same team here supporting you, but via a new platform.
The new provider should (fingers crossed) make life easier for you when you need a bit of help or support from us. We are all still learning how to use the new service though, so please bear with us whilst we get up to speed.
