Our Bridge loans are for property professionals needing fast flexible loans which are generally between three and twenty four months.
Our Development loans are for money to help build developments, so the length of the loan will depend on the size and complexity of the development.
Our Mid-term loans are usually around 3-5 years, but could be longer.

You're not tied in for that full period. You can request to sell some or all of your loans at any time, the ability to sell is dependent on the availability of willing buyers (other investors who will buy your loans from you), and the performance of the loan. The loan must have a history of consistent performance to be eligible to be sold in our Secondary Market.
