We've been working hard for quite a while now on transferring our support and help pages to a new provider. It's our same team here supporting you, but via a new platform.
The move, should (fingers crossed) have made life easier for you when you need a bit of help or support from us. We've been training an AI bot to help support you, when we are unavailable to help you in person. The training here will be ongoing and we'd be grateful of any feedback or suggestions on improvements you may have.
