We are currently testing our new AI-powered email agent, with testing beginning today and continuing over the next few days.
We're introducing this feature, so that you can get help and support even when the office is closed. You'll have the option to bypass conversations with the AI agent and speak to a human, we're not going anywhere, the Client Services team will be here to help you in office hours still.
Whilst we're doing the testing, you may find that some responses contain unexpected wording, formatting issues, or other unusual behavior. These issues should hopefully all be ironed out as we monitor and fine-tune the bot.
If you notice any unusual responses, please be aware that they are most likely related to the ongoing AI testing, and hopefully not one of us, just having a really bad day.
