If you aren't receiving the code as a text message (SMS) to your mobile, please first check your mobile signal. If you have a weak mobile signal, you won't be able to receive text messages. Please try to move locations to see if you can improve the signal and receive the code.
You can also try the old classic IT trick of turning your phone off and on again, this might reboot the system and allow the code to come through.

Good to know
We recommend using an authenticator app to receive codes, if you do live in an area where the mobile signal can be a bit patchy. The app will work via your Wifi connection, so you won't need to worry about having a poor mobile network service.
