If you'd like to view previous conversations with our Client Services team or the easyMoney Chat Bot, you can do so by visiting our Help Pages
- Click Sign in in the top-right corner.
- If you don't already have a support account, select Sign Up and enter the name and email address linked to your easyMoney account. We'll send you an email to complete your registration.
- If you already have a support account, simply sign in using your email address and password.
Please note: Your support account password may be different from your easyMoney account password. If you've forgotten it, you can request a password reset.
Once you're signed in, click your name in the top-right corner and select Requests to view your previous conversations with easyMoney Support.
